Root Selection 

Root started with its specialisation in kombucha brewing since 2019. Apart from refreshing kombucha, we also bring you with the special kombucha based food product like Kimchi and Sauerkraut.  



Root started with kombucha manufacturing. Kombucha is a fermented, slightly alcoholic,  lightly effervescent, sweetened  tea drink commonly consumed for its health benefits. Kombucha is rich in probiotics and antioxidants, which benefit your brain, heart and gut. The healthy bacteria found in kombucha and your digestive tract absorb nutrients and fight sickness.

Fermentation is known as one of the oldest way of food preservation, but its function isn't merely preserve the limited source of food product. Most of the food exhibits high nutrition value that will bring health benefits to our body. 


Root has brought the concept to our menu. Apart from beverage, we serve solid food.

Bread is known as one of the most common staple around the world. By only using simple ingredients like flour, water and yeast, bread has become one of the delicacies that is widely accepted by every part of the world. Root presents not only the art of bread fermentation, but also add its homebrand kombucha into the bread for taste and nutrition improvement.
